If AI does most of the thinking and office jobs are disappearing, the real advantage will be quality thinking. So I decided to build an app to train myself and likeminded people into high quality thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I vibe-coded Mindblo.app<\/strong><\/a>, a daily mental gym to train your thinking<\/strong>, spot and avoid biases, challenge your beliefs, and regulate your emotions. The hypothesis is that by using Mindblo.app the user will create a habit over activating more frequently the second-order thinking,<\/strong> the one that is deliberate, slow and analytical according to Daniel Kahneman\u2019s Thinking, Fast and Slow.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soon I realized something important. AI could help with coding and a bit with brainstorming, but it couldn\u2019t help me as an aspiring founder<\/strong> or as an acting PM<\/strong>. It couldn\u2019t replicate judgment, aesthetics, or the kind of innovative problem-solving that comes from in-depth experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not long after, I had to address the challenge of launching an app which meant tackling a bunch of important jobs, <\/strong>things that require broad knowledge about building and running a company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of these tasks could probably be automated by an agent with the skills of a \u201cseasoned startup founder\u201d and his agentic employee personas,<\/strong> but if you\u2019re an aspiring founder, you still have to look into them, make decisions, and deal with the unknowns. <\/strong>Just to mention a few, I had to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Generate a privacy policy, terms of service, data deletion forms and other company artifacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Combine vibe-coding tools to wrap the web app inside a bare Android shell to reach users where they are<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Get Google to approve the app<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Create a proper landing page in WordPress so that the app\u2019s public presence doesn\u2019t hallucinate with every prompt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Automate marketing emails with Brevo to welcome users and send reminders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Make a video via Canva and uploading on Youtube<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Run Google Ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Set up Google Analytics & the app\u2019s reporting with Metabase<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Add\u00a0Buy Me a Coffee<\/a>\u00a0for voluntarily payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Make debatable product decisions like \u201cTesting payment intention through a dummy subscription paywall\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u2026the list goes on.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The result?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    \u2192 One weekend later, <\/strong>the app was live.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2192 One week later, <\/strong>it had 1,000+ downloads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2192 2 weeks later <\/strong>0$ revenue and close to 0% pay intention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For founders, the equivalent of Kahneman\u2019s principle might be: build fast, win slow.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    The lesson?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    AI tools make things faster. Experiments are cheaper. You can even simulate a lot of \u201cagentic\u201d skills. But we\u2019re still far from a world where an agent goes to the tax office, takes legal responsibility, or replaces the judgment, taste, and grit of a founder. Building a successful company was never about the code. Even in the early AI era, it\u2019s still a game of resilience, solving real problems, and building sustainable channels to acquire and retain customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tools may change. The structure of ownership may change. Founder might become a job description, hence an employee of the person who holds the tokens. But the fundamentals for success haven\u2019t changed.
